During my onsite job for a customer in Cali near Elite Dumpling, my coworker and I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment for both lunch and dinner over 4 to 5 days. I highly recommend this diner to anyone visiting Hayward, CA, as it truly is a hidden gem.
One of my personal favorites from their menu is the salt and pepper fish, which was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. Additionally, the lamb dumplings with Chinese vegetables were an absolute delight. The flavors and spices used in their dishes really set them apart - they are simply on fire! The beef chow fun was large portion and good but average.
I cannot praise this restaurant enough for its delicious food and welcoming ambiance. If you ever find yourself in the area, do not miss the opportunity to experience this culinary delight at Elite Dumpling.

What a hidden gem! Wonderful takeout and even better, great pre-made frozen dumplings you can take home and make later. I've been here twice, and they are so friendly - and the food terrific. Each time I got something to go (hot) and something frozen to make later. Definitely worth the (short) drive for me to pick up and bring back. Foodie friend liked their dumplings so well she bought extra to take home to her family, too. (They may have delivery, we were just driving by the easy-to-get-to location).

Amazing Chinese food. I loved the house special fried rice it just felt homemade and delicious.
I also fell in love with the beef and broccoli, I asked for a little spice, the broccoli was perfect and the beef had a very nice balance between spicy and a hint of sweetness that just brought out so much flavor.
I went back and bought 2 more to take home.
